Adam (10 out of 10 ) I really enjoy this movie. By far the most original and interesting horror movie ever. In no way does this movie copy any other. And the fact that it actually tries to scare you instead of just being bloody and gory makes it an instant classic. This is easily in my mind the best horror movie ever made.
Jamie (10 out of 10 ) Awesome stuff. I love the originallity of how the ship travels faster than light. Beats warp drive anyday. I also like how it explains that there was only one place the ship could go. Very cool and it made an even cooler movie!
Trent (10 out of 10 ) An amazing script created an amazing movie. I know it's in Sci-Fi but it is by far one of the best horror movies to date. So original.
Tyrone (10 out of 10 ) One of my all-time favorite horror movies. The ship going to hell and back; very original. That twist comes out of left field and you never see it coming including the ship itself coming back as a living machine (Far better than VGer in Star Trek: The Motion Picture). Great performances in it, especially from the leads Laurence Fishburne, Sam Neill & Joely Richardson.
David (10 out of 10 ) I've always loved this movie. The cast work perfectly together, the action is exciting, keeping you anticipating and anxious for the crew of the L&C. To finally read the script was an actual treat. It reads just like the movie I love and treasure, and it's a huge comfort to another writer to see such a success in a script. How excellent.
Byron (10 out of 10 ) Paramount should have used this, with additions from the actual movie as the final cut. But the test audiences were a bunch of weenies. That being said, this was an awesome, one-of-a-kind movie. It mad me relook at myself and determine that Hell exists, and this movie gives a small glimpse of it. "I don't want to go where the other crew went.".
fogerty (10 out of 10 ) It's dark it's hellish and it's celebral- strong cast strong effects. Why did it only make $26m? Was it badly promoted?
Minions of Weir (10 out of 10 ) Definitely a good read and the movie itself is awesome. I'd love to see the original 130 minute version, a shame the footage was lost.
